Join wellness coach Emily for a Wednesday morning walk and talk to spend some time thinking about and clarifying your goals for the week (and beyond!) and be part of a supportive community.
We'll take every step with intention and infuse our goals with the powerful energy of our walk!
Come dressed for a walk - hiking boots are preferred if you have them, but sneakers will do well for this walk too! Layers are great too. It is a little over 3 miles with one steep uphill that gets the quads going in a lovely way :)
We will meet in the parking lot of Weir Hill at 8:00 AM, leaving promptly by 8:05 AM.
